JOIN GROWING FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY!
--Handle inbound calls to resolve issues for homeowners about their mortgage and provide information on amounts owed, due date, payoff amounts due, principal balances, etc.
--Process payments and also set up payment plans.
--Review homer owner account to see what best options are available to them when they are no longer able to pay for the home (without falling into foreclosure).
--Call volume is between 40-60 calls each day
$16.50/hour with potential pay increase once permanent
10 Days Paid Time off; 6 Sick days and 10 paid holidays per year
