Responsibilities

Compensation Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Evaluates the organizations jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions
• Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs
• Participates in annual compensation planning cycle
• Supports development and implementation of salary structure
• Supports annual budget planning process
• Partners with HRBPs to determine appropriate compensation for employees
• Participates in administration of annual performance management, incentive, or salary increase programs
• Presents data and analysis appropriate at all levels of the organization


Required Skills:

• Analytical with strong project management, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong client service skills; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Collaborate with functional and technical staff, both internal and external, to achieve required results.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and be part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done on time.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, compensation or related field or equivalent experience required

Experience: 2-4+ years’ direct compensation experience 

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
• Experience in ERP/SaaS solutions (ADP Vantage, Lattice, iCIMs) is preferred

• Analytical with strong project management, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
