MAJOR FUNCTION: Directs the clinical delivery of medical care and is responsible for maintaining relationships and coordinating activities of physicians and mid-level providers, clinical staff, and operations. Oversees the development of clinical content in the company materials.
QUALIFICATION:
A. Education: Medical degree from an accredited university required.
B. Experience: Post-residency required.
C. Certification/Licensure: Board certification in family practice, emergency medicine, or another ABMS recognized specialty required. NJ State and federal licensure required.
* Comfortable providing the full continuum of family medicine from adolescents to adult care. Great communication and interpersonal skills; professionalism and humanism; diagnostic acumen with the patient population.
* Comfortable working collaboratively with physicians,clinical and office staff; providing telehealth services.
* Develop proficiency in Cerner EMR; dedicated educators will partner with Provider to develop competency; to include classroom and elbow-to-elbow training; follow-up sessions as needed.
* Patient-centered with the ability to deliver service excellence - listen, explain, with a thorough clinical care experience
A successful candidate will take an active role in growing the primary care practice, partnering with specialists to establish referral patterns, engage with the established physicians, and meeting the community to foster relationships. The candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues, clinical and office staff, in the highly desirable Clarksboro community.
