Senior Project Engineer

As a Senior Project Engineer, the ideal candidate:

* Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices in broad areas.
* Develops new clients and projects and participates in the development of proposals and interviews as required.
* Uses advanced techniques and practices in the civil engineering field.
* Plans, coordinates, and directs multiple projects of multiple sizes concurrently.
* Must be capable of developing scopes or work, schedules, fees and be capable of coordinating staff and subconsultants for project success.
* Has the ability to successfully manage projects for budget and schedule.
* Must serve as a technical advisor to other staff.
* Must coordinate and manage client request and needs.
* Reviews design and production deliverables ensuring industry standard of care and compliance with PACE standards and policies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

* Exhibits proficient communication skills
* Demonstrated team leadership and supervisory skills
* Demonstrated business development and client management experience
* Team Player

Education

* Bachelor of Science - Civil Engineering

Experience

* Washington State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months
* Fifteen or more years of experience in Civil Engineering
