Advantage Resourcing is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant who is able to perform the following tasks and meet the following requirements:

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Entry
  • Accounts Receivable Processing in QuickBooks
  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Must have customer service experience in an office environment
  • QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
  • Must be able to multi-task efficiently while maintaining strong level of customer service in a fast paced environment
  • Must have a good attendance record with past employers
