Kforce has a that is client is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager in Washington, DC.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function, managing unpaid invoices, analyzing accounts payable procedures, monitoring metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of accounts payable operations, overseeing compliance process for reporting, and establishing guidelines for all project requests made to accounts payable.
Bachelor's degree required in a Business-related field
The ideal candidate will be a finance professional with at least three years of experience and at least one year of supervisory experience is required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of lawyers and staff
Excellent leadership skills and able to work both independently and within a group
Ability to prioritize work, handle high-pressure situations, and meet deadlines
Effective research and problem-solving skills
Ability to prepare and present results for senior management
