Advantage Resourcing has an opportunity as an Account Executive in our Baton Rouge  market working with a dynamic sales and operation team. Our success is based on hiring the right people and taking care of our customer.

Our Baton Rouge branch is seeking an Account Executive with proven success in sales to expand its local market.  

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

  • New business development with prospective customers - selling our industrial and administrative staffing services.
  • Building and maintaining an accurate database of customer and prospect information
  • working with the other members of the team to successfully achieve individual and branch goals

Desired Qualifications to succeed in this position are:

  • Previous B2B Sales experience or industry knowledge with focus on solutions.
  • Strong relationship building skills with solid planning and follow-up
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
