Full Time; Mon-Fri; 8:00am-5:00pm

$15.00-$17.00/hr DOE

Call Center Representative Overview:

Express Employment is searching for a Call Center Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for a premier provider of customer services to businesses of all sizes. The chosen candidate will represent this company’s core values of Communication, Integrity and Accountability as you shepherd the needs of customers new and old through to their optimal fulfillment. This person will collaborate with sales teams and project managers to support the seamless delivery of services consistent with our commitment to client satisfaction.

Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products, services and policies
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
  • Help to train new employees and inform them about the company's customer management policies
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns

Call Center Representative Requirements:

  • Great active listening skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • In-depth knowledge of a company's products and/or services
  • Expertise in the customer service area they focus in, such as accounts, sales, technical support or another area

Call Center Representative Education/Required Experience:

  • High school diploma/GED is required – higher education is ideal
  • 2-3+ years’ experience working in Customer Service, Call Center, or similar environment
