Bilingual Customer Service Agent Job Description
This position is responsible for processing customer transactions in a call center environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
The roles and responsibilities of the Customer Service Agent include:
Process voicemails in a timely manner
Respond to email requests/tickets
Properly program credentials into our access management system
Process gate transactions when needed
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Ability to multitask
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to prioritize tasks
Effective listening, typing skills and hearing capabilities
Ability to work independently
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Customer Service/Call Center Experience preferred
