Job Details Company Overview

Public Accounting firm seeks to hire a Tax Manager. Our client offers a great work life balance, flex schedule, the opportunity to be a name (not a number) and to be a true integral part of the firm. They pride themselves in offering first class services to both their clients and employees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support and mentor staff; help them with developing their technical skills and abilities
  • Review returns (1065, 1120, 1040, 1041)
  • Research complex tax issues
  • Work with clients to expand and improve services
    Qualifications:
    • BS in Accounting with a minimum of 7 years of public tax accounting experience
    • CPA required
    • Ability to mentor and develop staff
    • Willingness to become involved with community to grow business
    • Solid organizational skills
