The Nursing Director coordinates clinical and administrative activities on the unit to ensure the provision of high quality care. The Nursing Director
works in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team and has 24/7 accountability for planning and operations of the 20-bed Senior Behaviroal Health Unit. Demonstrates clinical
proficiency in current practice and knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards of nursing practice. Implements sound business and human resources

* 4 year / Bachelor's Degree: Bachelors of Science in Nursing or Other Bachelors acceptable if currently enrolled in BSN or MSN program (Required).Other Education:
Graduate of an Acreditted School Of Nursing (Required). Masters Degree: Nursing (Preferred).Certification and Licensure Requirements:
*BLS CERTIFICATION (Required).*PA REGISTERED NURSE LICENSE (Required).
Cerification in area of specialty or management within two years (Preferred).
Membership in a professional organization (Preferred).Experience and Skills:
