Curiosity meets passion! As a sales trainer with Uline, use your knowledge to ensure our sales staff have all the necessary tools and training to hit the ground running.

Position Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all sales training at branch / office locations for all new and veteran sales reps.

  • Perform 2 joint calls a month throughout branch market to further the professional development of sales reps.

  • Assist Sales Director and work on corporate-assigned projects.

  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably. within the scope of the activities enumerated above (such as mentor and intern programs).

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Has demonstrated the ability to train, coach, and evaluate performance of others.

  • 3+ years prior experience.

  • Travel for customer visits, training and sales meetings.

  • Detail-oriented, quick thinker and ability to multi-task well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Thrive in a team environment and build relationships to accomplish team tasks.
