Description

Who You Are

  • Customer service starts with an ability to listen, so the ideal candidate will be an astute observer of potential audience in order to learn the priorities and needs of prospects.
  • Expert Networker: a rolodex of contacts will be continuously growing through your involvement with industry groups and interactions with an ever-expanding list of parking insiders to help you uncover new opportunities in the market.
  • A key stepping stone for success in this role includes impeccable data integrity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for all communications and sales activity.
  • Another feather in your cap is the ability to deliver essential reports and other requested work products in a timely manner with thoroughness and completeness.
  • You are a strategic thinker who loves Moneyball analytics and works to provide accurate forecasting of forthcoming sales.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or university; or five + years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in designing and selling complex enterprise solutions including both software and hardware.
  • Have an excellent understanding of contracts and strong ability to negotiate contracts.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Understanding of interoperability of software and hardware and how they work together to solve business related problems.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Demonstrable skill in authoring responses to solicitations & requests for proposal.
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and other decision makers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products - Excel, Power Point, and Word.
