We are looking for a Risk Analyst on behalf of our client, Fidelity Investments. This position is based in Boston, MA or Westlake, TX.

This role will work with individuals across the company to assess financial risks and controls that ensure the integrity of the organization’s financial documents. In this position, you will gain knowledge of Fidelity's key financial processes and businesses.

This position will be part of Corporate Accounting and Controllership’s Financial Controls Program Office, responsible for capturing information, analyzing data and assessing operating efficiency of controls for significant financial processes.

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field of study
• 5 - 8 years public accounting or mix of public accounting/internal audit/risk management
• CPA, CIA, CISA or CIA highly desirable
• Experience in public company SOX highly desirable
• Knowledge of GAAP and COSO framework
• Experience in controls documentation and testing/reviewing
• Experience in interviewing business process owners
• Experience in reviewing/testing IT Application Controls is a must

• Conducting interviews and process walkthroughs with functional owners to understand the details of a process and associated controls
• Ensuring process documentation, flowcharts and control matrices reflect results of interviews
• Assessing controls testing results to ensure operating efficiency
• Communicating result of assessment activities to partners
• Working with process owners and Controllers to ensure a strong control environment is maintained, including training and awareness
• Assisting with risk event management, including risk assessments, documentation, tracking and monitoring of remediation plans
• Managing risk related initiatives and support the successful planning and execution
