Senior Network Engineer - Remote U.S.A

Position Details:

• Exempt salaried position – weekly salary is broken down hourly 
• Mon-Fri 9:00 am-5:00 pm (approximately 1 time per week except evening work & rare occasion weekends)
• Location: Remote anywhere in the U.S. (however, PST region desired)
• The project is a switch refresh for a Client in the Finance Industry. 
• Long-term assignment with potential for extension or hire

• Min - 10 yrs to Max - 15 years of relevant experience
• Certifications such as CCNP and/or CCIE
• Previous work experience with production data centers, Enterprise Networks routing/switching, and firewalls.
• High proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS)
• experience with switching technologies, including Nexus, Catalyst Switches, spine-leaf, and SDA architecture
• Architect, design, and implement network switch refreshes across enterprise environments and remote offices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop deployment strategies and configurations for switching and routing solutions
• Documentation of system designs, configurations, and processes
• Hands-on experience in Managing and deploying SDA (Wired & Wireless infrastructure) using Cisco Catalyst Center (formerly DNAC)
• Experience with LAN technologies including QoS and Dot1x.
