As a Mansion Attendant, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create **WOW** memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Clean ash urns, restrooms in assigned areas, and vacuum all halls, lobbies and edges
+ Clean and dusts lamps, mirrors, pictures, etc.
+ Maintain cleanliness of all public and residential areas and equipment
+ Empty all trash and linen from the Villas and areas as needed and take to relevant areas for cleaning, disposal, etc.
+ Clean all hall railings, stairwells, closet doors, etc.
+ Mop and clean all marble or tile floors in assigned area
+ Follow quarterly mattress flipping procedure and other rotation philosophies and procedures as outlined
+ Deliver supplies to and re-stocks assigned lockers and pantries
+ Deliver requested items such as refrigerators, pillows, rollways, cribs, etc. to guests' rooms
+ Visually survey pool and surrounding area
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:**
+ Knowledgeable of all cleaning procedures, equipment, supplies and chemicals
+ Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
+ Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
+ Two (2) years of housekeeping experience in a similar hotel resort environment.
+ Experience in a similar resort setting
