Human Resources Coordinator

Johnson & Hill Springfield, MA Full Time

Bring your administrative skills and HR knowledge to this non-profit in Springfield! As Human Resources Coordinator, you’ ll spend each day knowing that all your efforts are part of a fantastic mission to help make the world a better place. This position is temp-to-hire.

In this role, you’ ll perform a combination of tasks that will utilize both your administrative experience along with your knowledge of HR processes. Some of your duties include the following:
  • Administer employee benefits
  • Assist the Director of Human Resources with the coordination of leaves of absences to include
  • Track all required compliance and training data into ADP Workforce Now
  • Process new hire paperwork, employee changes and termination paperwork
  • Operate as the administrative liaison between departments to keep processes running

Human Resources Coordinator Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • At least 3 years of administrative HR experience
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and data-entry systems
