Enterprise Technology Infrastructure Business Services (ETIBS) has an exciting opportunity for a new position to join our Products and Services team as a Business Systems Consultant. This new position will serve as a subject matter expert for the Enterprise Technology Infrastructure Process, Risk, and Control inventory. This role requires the ability to operate strategically while recognizing the need to move into tactical operations and the ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Providing expertise in identifying, evaluating, and assuring ETI process, risk and control inventory alignment with policies and mapping to laws, rules, and regulations (LRR).
  • Act as a senior consultant within ETIBS, to build and maintain the PRC inventory
  • Leverage knowledge of Process, Risk and Control (PRC) and Quality Assurance (QA) to establish governance, develop process mapping documentation, process modeling, process and control metrics plan, stratification, and performance threshold reporting.
  • Support risk take-down efforts by improving and managing processes to achieve three critical outcomes – 1) alignment with defined BPM and operational risk strategy, 2) alignment of resources with priorities, and 3) repeatability and predictability in delivery, execution, metrics, and reporting.


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both
  • 5 + years of Tableau Dashboard development experience


Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 4+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology governance risk and compliance processes such as; policies, control standards, risk management concepts, or information security
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to develop roadmaps and plans that enable strategies
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Experience analyzing metrics and articulating data trends
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prepare presentations, management reporting, and statistical analysis
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking: regulations, compliance, policies, process, and procedures
  • IT Infrastructure Library Certification (ITIL)
  • Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban
  • Knowledge and understanding of Six Sigma methodology
  • Tableau experience
