Recruiting Sourcing Manager

Our client is currently seeking a Recruiting Sourcing Manager in the Memphis area or the possibility of working remote. This person will work with the broader Sourcing and Recruiting teams to deliver the best talent from the industry to create pipelines for critical roles for the enterprise. The key customers will be HR business partners, hiring managers, recruiting peers and external talent. The Recruiting Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Sourcers, establishing and maintaining metrics for North America Recruiting, monitoring and analyzing key data and identifying new technology and support overall recruiting projects. They will partner with other team leads and key stakeholders to understand the business needs and set expectations accordingly. The Recruiting Sourcing Manager will also help build talent pipelines, through referral generation, online sourcing, events and sourcing campaigns. The Recruiting Sourcing Manager will also need to possess contract compliance as it relates to recruiting, be a strategic and critical thinker.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 
•Staff and manage North America Recruiting Sourcing team 
•Establish sourcing strategy for North America Recruiting 
•Support recruiting function by establishing and maintaining metrics 
•Establish best practices and set foundation for the team 
•Review existing technology/tools/systems and recommend new technology to stay abreast of current trends and needs 
•Manage talent communities for North America enterprise 
•Evaluate and implement sourcing trends while establishing a results oriented team 
•Create sourcing/pipeline strategies for North America Recruiting footprint 
•Use data, analytics and insights to inform, influence and drive change 
•Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices and introduce innovative cutting edge talent 

KEY CHALLENGES:

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
•Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Communications or related degree 
•7 + years recruiting experience
•2+ years leading and managing a team. 
•3+ years sourcing experience with demonstrated results
•Knowledge of the latest recruiting and sourcing technology as well as practical applications where technology can be utilized. 
•Proficiency with Social Media recruiting and branding campaigns.
