This person will work with the broader Sourcing and Recruiting teams to deliver the best talent from the industry to create pipelines for critical roles for the enterprise. The key customers will be HR business partners, hiring managers, recruiting peers and external talent. The Recruiting Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Sourcers, establishing and maintaining metrics for North America Recruiting, monitoring and analyzing key data and identifying new technology and support overall recruiting projects. They will partner with other team leads and key stakeholders to understand the business needs and set expectations accordingly. The Recruiting Sourcing Manager will also help build talent pipelines, through referral generation, online sourcing, events and sourcing campaigns. The Recruiting Sourcing Manager will also need to possess contract compliance as it relates to recruiting, be a strategic and critical thinker.

•Review existing technology/tools/systems and recommend new technology to stay abreast of current trends and needs

•Use data, analytics and insights to inform, influence and drive change

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
•Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Communications or related degree
•7 + years recruiting experience
•2+ years leading and managing a team.
•3+ years sourcing experience with demonstrated results
•Knowledge of the latest recruiting and sourcing technology as well as practical applications where technology can be utilized.
•Proficiency with Social Media recruiting and branding campaigns.
