Compensation:$24.33 to $30.34 per hour

Oversee all accounts, ledgers, payroll and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements ? Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and program budgets and actual expenditures ? Coordinate all external monitoring activity ? Consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly financial statements ? Prepares monthly grants reports and temporarily restricted revenue reports for management review. ? Prepares expense information as needed by Development for grant reporting. ? Assist leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process ? Administer and review all financial and/or budget plans and compare to actual results with a view to identify, explain, and correct variances as appropriate ? Responsibility for payroll process and supervises the HR/Payroll Specialist. ? Support the Chief Financial Officer in engaging the board?s audit and finance committees around issues and trends in financial operating models and delivery ? Oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting; ensure that expenditures are consistently aligned with grant and program budgets throughout the grant/fund period; collate financial reporting materials for government, corporate, and foundation grants ? Oversees completion of annual 990 and 5500 documents ? Assists Inventory Control Department in various aspects of inventory recordkeeping and posting of transactions into Navision. ? Verifies inventory monthly service reports before use of data in accounting records. ? Manage organizational cash flow forecasting by working in partnership with the Chief Financial Officer ? Conduct financial analysis and special reports as assigned by Chief Financial Officer ? Trains new employees in accounts receivables and accounts payable and other relevant activities. ? Performs other duties that may be assigned by supervisor. ? Leverage strengths of the current finance team members, help to clarify roles and responsibilities and develop and implement training programs in order to maximize and reach optimal individual and organizational goals. ? Handles vendors and agency inquiries regarding accounts as needed. ? Prepares required invoices for non-inventory transactions. ? Payments and monetary donations from private individuals and entities. Qualifications: ? Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration with 8+ years experience in all phases of accounting from detail journal entry to closing. ? Proficient in use of Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel and Word; strong knowledge of ERP systems. ? Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of staff. ? Must be able to organize and prioritize work, be proactive, take initiative, resolve problems, follow through and simultaneously manage multiple priorities to ensure goals are met in a timely manner. ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively to accomplish responsibilities, goals and projects. ? Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external constituents. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. ? Possess a positive and productive attitude. ? Passion for the advancement of the organization?s mission. ?
