In this key and very visible role you will be responsible for growing sales by providing excellent customer service and sales support to our customer based consisting of residential and commercial electrical contractors, lighting professionals, building maintenance managers and general contractors. You will be involved working with walk in customers, handling phone calls merchandising on our sales floor working our warehouse as necessary in pulling customer orders and organizing inventory.

Your duties in this fast paced position will include providing price quotations, expediting orders, driving our digital/ecommerce business, troubleshooting problems and reviewing and editing orders. The preferred candidate demonstrate the desire to learn our product line and has the ability and passion to sell products as well as the desire to grow with our company.

Required Skills: The successful candidate will have at least two years experience in a sales or service environment, preferably in the electrical, distribution, building products or related industry. You must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be dedicated to providing excellent customer service support. A background in E-Commerce is desirable. Strong PC skills are needed. A BS/BA is desired.
