Do you have a knack for customer service? Are you interested in getting into sales? Our client is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their company. This role has the potential to develop into an outside sales role a few years down the road if the candidate shows interest and meets performance goals. Just looking to stay in Customer Service. That's fine too! 

Job Duties:
  • Order processing
  • 75% of the job is inbound calls
  • Outbound calling to confirm information, survey
  • Answering phones
  • **Learn the company and their products (6-12-month learning curve) **
  • Cold calling is on the table
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience with an interest in sales
  • Communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Sense of ownership (they want someone who is going to be a part of their family)
  • Sense of urgency
  • Polished with a college degree
  • Must be a "go get her"
  • Discipline
  • Persistent
  • Patient
  • Cold calling experience is a plus
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Must speak and write English on a professional level
Mon - Friday 
8:30 - 5:00 PM
