Are you fluent in Spanish? Do you want to exercise your amazing foreign language skills at a well-established and continuously growing company? Our client, a leading advocate for the restaurant industry, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their exciting and fast paced team.

This client is located right in the Loop where all of the action happens! Throughout this role, you will be taking inbound calls, communicating and translating for Spanish speaking customers, and explaining in detail all this organization has to offer. This Bilingual Customer Service Representative role offers competitive pay and a long term career path into the organization!

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Communicate in both English and Spanish with a high volume of customers
  • Provide fantastic customer service on a regular basis
  • Problem-solve and multi-task consistently
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and customer confidentiality requirements

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • 1-3 years in an inbound call center environment (REQUIRED)
  • FLUENT IN SPANISH (REQUIRED)
  • Ability to meet and exceed metrics daily
  • Ability to navigate through multiple internet browsers at once and exemplify knowledge of Microsoft Office software
