Throughout this role, you will be taking inbound calls, communicating and translating for Spanish speaking customers, and explaining in detail all this organization has to offer. Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Communicate in both English and Spanish with a high volume of customers
- Provide fantastic customer service on a regular basis
