This client is located right in the Loop where all of the action happens! Throughout this role, you will be taking inbound calls from customers, communicating with Spanish speaking customers, and problem-solving on a regular basis. Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Communicate in both English and Spanish with a wide variety of customers
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, live chat, and email
  • Problem-solve and multi-task consistently
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and customer confidentiality requirements

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • 1-3 years in an inbound call center environment
  • FLUENT IN SPANISH
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment!
  • Ability to consistently hit metrics on a daily basis
  • Ability to navigate through multiple internet browsers at once and exemplify knowledge of Microsoft office software
