• Support store operational requirements through scheduling and employee management 
• Following up on work results and reporting to General Manager 
• Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Assist in the preparing of a weekly KPI report.
• Identify and Anticipate current and future customer trends and requirements. 
• Strategically monitor customer satisfaction.
• Meet with Genral Manager, Inventory and Purchasing to ensure product availability weekly.
• Review merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends
• Ensure the store displays all the sales, promotions and display plans are optimized
• Maintains operational control and enforces the application of our procedures and policies, acting as Manager when the General Manager is not schedule.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Review inventory and sales records to determines marketing and promo changes needed, and report updates to management.
• Report weekly basis on the performance of Sales, Staff, Client Satisfaction, promotion..
• Completes all other duties as assigned.

Salary

$45000 - $55000 USD per year

Required Skills

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Embrace and lead with Nirvana's Mission Statement and Company Values daily.
• 3- 5 years of inventory management experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in Google Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Cannabis experience is a definite plus.

• Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shift.
• Requires normal hearing range.
