As a Customer Support Specialist
you will be responsible for providing a Superior customer experience through all channels of customer interaction to include, phone, email and chat.
As a Customer Service Specialist
some of your duties will be:
Enter orders into the system ( detail and accuracy a must)
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Keep customers updated on shipping information
Min 4 years administrative assistant /Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking
