Job Description

Are you competitive and money motivated? If you're looking to expand your sales career or start a career in sales, we are currently partnered with a high growth company located in North Dallas.

Our client is seeking to expand their sales team due to tremendous YoY growth by adding to their team of Inside Sales Representatives! With over 1,000 untouched leads waiting for you in the database, you are set up for success. In addition to an uncapped competitive commission structure, you also receive a base pay and quarterly bonuses based on performance.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively prospect and develop accounts
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails development and closure
  • Break into new market initiatives through cold and warm calls
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Strong phone presence and experience providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Adaptability to fast-paced and metrics-driven environment
  • Comfortable and confident with cold calls and developing business leads
  • Inside sales experience preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
