My client, a booming construction industry leader, is adding an Accounting Clerk to their team. This company has been in business for over 20 years and has a wonderful working atmosphere. Overview of the Accounting Specialist Position:
• Manual accounts payable entry
• Researching AP/AR issues
• Fielding questions from Subcontractors
• Work with project managers to make sure jobs are coded correctly
• Reconciliations
Preferred Background of the Accounting Specialist:
• 3 years or more experience in AP with QuickBooks experience
• Construction industry experience preferred
