Job Description

- Representative will work with potential tenants to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth rental/reservation process -Handling all sales/inquiry inbound calls - Processing Payments: Taking full payments - unless instructed otherwise from Team Leader, District Manager or Regional Manager - Billing: Explaining bills to tenants as needed - Collections: Making collection calls for stores that need the assistance on an as needed basis - Complaints: Taking complaint calls and submitting a complaint form to District Manager  POSITION REQUIREMENTS - 1- 3 years of customer service experience in a Call Center environment. - High School Diploma or GED - Type 30 WPM or more - Have a professional phone manner & ability to work independently - Maintain customer satisfaction - Demonstrate patience and professionalism - Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers in person and over the phone. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, - and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job. - Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Manual hand dexterity required to operate POS, copiers and complete customer paperwork. - The job requires a person to work weekends and holidays as needed.
