Overview

TheManager of Marketing Operationswill manage support functions essential to sales and marketing team productivity. These include planning, reporting, project management and oversight and governance of the CRM system and data affecting Sales, Client Management, and Marketing territories. Under the Director of Marketing, the Manager of Marketing Operations will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization supported. This role is a hybrid of strategic planning, sales optimization, finance, and analysis. (Remote Work Available).

Responsibilities

  • Implements and manages scalable Marketing processes, reporting resources, and models to facilitate the companys growth goals

  • Acts as the liaison between stakeholders (including sponsors), Marketing, Account Management, Sales and Support teams for Sales/Marketing reporting, CRM, and other data-driven platforms utilized by Marketing

  • Maintains the companys CRM system direct configurations, communication between different platforms and workflows, data accuracy and completeness, as well as train new employees on use

  • Ensures alignment of internal systems to support customer-facing information with sales process, internal controls, Account Management and Marketing teams, and communication across the organization regarding the needs of Sales

  • Develops necessary Marketing management reporting needed on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis, for sales leadership including rollup of monthly and quarterly pipeline review

  • Coordinates annual database clean up and records validation aligned to new and existing data acquired

  • Performs ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed and requested from Sales, Marketing, and Sr. Leadership

  • Provides dynamic surveys for internal and external use to a variety of complex audiences with high levels of participation and low levels of consumer bias

  • Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Masters degree in Business Administration or Analytics

  • Three to five years of Sales/Marketing Operations or Sales Administration experience; Prior organizational and information management experience

  • Deep understanding and hands-on skills working with Microsoft Dynamics , Marketing processes, strategies and experience implementing data-driven changes

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external customers

  • Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize accordingly

  • Possess the ability to analyze data and summarize results with reporting experience

  • project management skills and ability to work independently

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Dynamics or other related CRMs
