We are currently seeking a Customer Service Admin in Beacon Falls, CT.
Position Summary and Special Duties:
As a (an) Customer Service Admin. your day-to-day duties will consist of and may not be limited to: This multifaceted position requires an individual to be extremely organized, utilize excellent communication skills, positively interact with customers, and conduct themselves in a professional manner.
- Process and enter orders using Made2Manage software.
- Daily review of all orders in manufacture in our Ct and Italian facilities
- Attend daily production meetings and update customers regarding status.
- Process and prioritize weekly incoming shipments from Italy.
- Produce internal reports and documents using Crystal Reports.
- Interact with internal and external sales force.
- Expedite late deliveries.
- Performance Measures- 40 hours
- Orders are entered timely and accurately.
- Reports are updated and accurate; sent timely.
- Customer requirements are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Work cooperatively with other office staff.
Location: Beacon Falls, CT.
Shift: 1st shift.
