Job Description

  • The Head of Regional ISC FP&A (builds and) leads a regional ISC FP&A team, to create impact to the organization through insightful and forward looking financial analysis
  • Act as a business partner to support regional ISC controller on performance management, planning and forecasting, and enable decision making within the region
  • Co-Develops, promotes and implements the global set-up of the FP&A ISC manufacturing organization to the region
  • Co-develop and implement global FP&A ISC processes and products to the region, including manufacturing productivity, product costing, CAPEX monitoring, cost of quality, warehousing and distribution cost, inventories and slow moving inventory
  • Provide key stakeholders a better understanding of business performance and planning projections
Leadership
  • Be the leader of regional ISC FP&A organization, leading a focused team and creating an impact by providing high value added analysis to regional ISC organization
  • Contribute to the global ISC FP&A strategy and execution
  • Proactively drive culture of continuous improvement
  • Proactively help other team members to grow and develop

  • Be a sparring partner to the Head of global FP&A ISC Manufacturing, SC, Procurement
  • Close relation with regional commercial CoE and ISC navigators
  • ISC FP&A from other regions
  • Group FP&A
  • Global Reporting and Analytics team

Job Requirements

  • 8-10 years’ management experience in FP&A/Controlling role in strategic/transactional/operational finance and capable of analyzing complex processes and issues
  • Master degree in Accounting (i.e. RA, CA / CMA), Finance or Business (i.e. MBA) or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple layers in the organization
  • Ability to manage and connect stakeholders on different levels of the organization
  • Ability to deliver high quality work under time pressure
  • Previous experience in working in FP&A departments with regional scope
  • Strong HFM, ERP and BI systems experience
  • Strong analytic skills and the ability to analyze, organize, summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision making
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner
  • Strong ‘can-do’ mentality and ‘drive’ to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in helping junior analysts to grow and develop
  • Strong ‘can-do’ mentality and ‘drive’ to accomplish tasks and deliver results
  • No 9-5 mindset
  • Advanced Excel/ Powerpoint knowledge/skills
  • Experience in ‘change management’ in a finance environment is required
