Job Description

We are seeking a Sr Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Exton, PA or working remotely, to lead and work on various Mechanical Engineering and Process Engineering projects. The Sr Mechanical Engineer position requires working on fast-paced, technically complex projects in the industrial, chemical, biotech, pharmaceutical, and food industries. This position is open to in-office, hybrid, or remote work possibilities.

Scope of work to include:

+ Lead a range of mechanical engineering activities associated with delivering successful solutions to our clients in the food and beverage, biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical industries, and specialty chemical industries.

+ Work directly with clients to define project requirements and deliver appropriate solutions to meet the stated needs based on a defined budget and schedule. This work is done in conjunction with members of other disciplines.

+ Develop standard engineering documents associated with projects at various stages of execution from Conceptual Design to Construction documents.

Hard Skills

+ Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering

+ 8-10+ years of experience

+ Familiarity with cGMP and Regulatory guidelines and clean design practices

+ Experience with Piping Systems including utility and clean utilities

+ AutoCAD and Revit experience

+ Familiarity with IBC, IFC, NFPA, and OSHA for manufacturing and hazardous materials

Work Site

This is a fully remote position for candidates within the Eastern Standard Time zone within the U.S.
