We are actively hiring an Instructional Systems Designer Level 2 to join our Missions Technology and Solutions Division working in Chantilly, Virginia. You will be part of a team dedicated to providing customized ISD services to an individual school or office to meet the current and future training needs of the workforce. In this role you will be responsible to perform all parts of the training cycle. RESPONSIBILITIES * Developing data collection instruments or protocols for the purpose of: * Identifying performance gaps or organizational impact * Evaluating instruction to determine gains * Carrying out data collection, analyzing data, and reporting on findings for the purpose of: * Identifying performance gaps or organizational impact * Evaluating instruction to determine gains * Formally documenting instructional design plans in design document, project plan, or similar. Must have demonstrated creation of a document that identifies instructional design and project information to guide the development of instruction. * Using empirical data to make instructional design decisions for the purpose of: * Identifying performance gaps or organizational impact * Evaluating instruction to determine gains * Designing instructional strategies that engage, motivate, or are learner-centered. * Developing or creating project management plans for instruction design projects (schedules, task, milestones, scope, etc) - not just following * Designing assessments of learning to determine gains * Collaborating across functional teams, such as stakeholder, SME, or media development teams - demonstrate how it benefited the project REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE * Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. * Bachelors degree plus 10 years strongly desired; experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
