Job Title

Carriers Sales Representative


Chicago, IL

This job role will oversee the maximum efficiency on freight rates negotiation and offering ideal equipment to carry our customers’ freight. This role is an opportunity to grow into a Carrier Team Lead after accomplishing a stable business book, as you will have to effectively incorporate account management, sales and customer engagement into one job.


  • Create and develop customer relationship through an effective and efficient service by transporting and clearing the freight of the company’s clients.
  • Build a book of a minimum of 10 recurring clients
  • Suggest and negotiate freight prices to all carriers
  • Ensure all shipments are timely picked up and delivered daily
  • Design price strategy with your team
  • Solve transportation issues
  • Purchase of new carriers based on lane density and volume


  • Must have a Diploma in related fields or at least 2 years of selling Logistics and brokerage solutions
  • Management skills, experience in building a book of business and customer engagement
  • Book of business preferred but not mandatory
