This position does require travel, and travel will be up to 60% of the time during peak seasons (fall/spring).
- Executes all activities for the entire recruiting cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, making offers, etc. for applicants in intern and early career development programs for multiple lines of business. Manages University relationships and provides planning and oversight to large scale recruiting events and aligned coordinators.
- Developing plans for sourcing appropriate candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities and recruiting strategy enhancements. Performing analysis, projections and preparation of management reports with trends, improvements and areas of opportunity.
- Independently influence and manage senior stakeholder relationships, proactively solves problems with limited management oversight.
- Leading the development of recruiting strategies and counseling hiring managers on practices that support the goals and direction of the organization.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.Education
