Job Description

Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Healthcare company in Fort Mill, SC is looking for a Customer Service Representative. Temp to permanent. Hours between 8:00a-6:00p Monday-Friday. $14-15/hour. Bilingual skills in Spanish REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

  • The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls and emails, and assisting clients accordingly.
  • Handles questions regarding payment terms and options and how to use our products.
  • Promotes strong customer coordination and attention to detail, by demonstrating a positive temperament and communicating effectively both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH.
  • 1+ year of call center and/or customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Must know Outlook, Word and Excel and be able to compose grammatically correct emails.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • We are looking for positive attitudes and problem solves, people really looking to go above and beyond to help patients not just answer the phones.
  • Strong job tenure.
