We are currently seeking a Junior Recruiter for our client located in Sykesville, MD.  This is a direct hire opportunity to enhance your strong organizational skills and strong achievement orientation to learn the business and grow with the firm.  Our client is an IT recruiting agency and provides training for the right candidate willing to learn.  This is a direct hire placement position! Our client also offers a competitive base salary which would be between $30,000 and $33,000.  They also offer benefits, 401K, and PTO.  In addition to the base salary, our client also offers a very lucrative bonus program which includes: • $1,000 bonus after 5 successful placements • Uncapped commission • Profit-sharing • Additional cash incentives Job responsibilities: • Provide support for the team members by:  coordinating and confirming candidate interviews, managing job postings, reviewing and screening resumes, and processing new hire/on boarding paperwork • Review ad responses • Proactively contacting job seekers - both passive and active • Utilizing outside networks including LinkedIn to recruit candidates for active positions Job requirements: • A strong customer service orientation, interpersonal skills and positive attitude • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with candidates, staff and    members of the leadership team • Past experience working in a customer service, retail, or restaurant industries • Bachelor's degree We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
