Job Description

Judge Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative, in Haddon Township, NJ.

Full-time PERMANENT position with Competitive Salary

This job will have the following responsibilities: 
•Perform in a call center environment
•Assist customers in making changes to existing policies 
•Provide superior customer service skills 
•Respond to the customers efficiently and timely 
•Understand and follow underwriting guidelines provided 

 Qualifications:
•Exceptional verbal & written communication skills 
•Excellent customer service skills 
•Professional demeanor 
•Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment 
•Property and Casualty license or willingness to obtain Property and Casualty license
