Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily culinary operations for high-volume, full-service upscale-fine restaurant
  • Must be passionate about being a working Chef, hands-on with their BOH team
  • Key strengths including leadership, organization, scheduling, coaching
  • Track and maintain food inventory, order to pars, scheduling, training, systems and process improvement
  • Monitor store cleanliness, safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Position Requirements

  • 5+ years Restaurant Executive Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager experience in high-volume, culinary-driven, full-service upscale casual Restaurant
  • Minimum $3.5 - $4.0 Million Annual Sales Volume experience
  • Proven track record teaching, developing, coaching, and training a Back-Of-House team in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • High level organization skills including systems management, process improvement, inventory, equipment management
  • Solid understanding of financials including P&L reporting, cost controls, and inventory management
  • No more than 2 jobs in 5 years, 3 jobs in 9 years
