Delivery Manager
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience
Retail competence
5+ years of project delivery experience; Consistent track record driving sophisticated global projects from inception to reality and delivering business results
Formal training in project or change management methodologies and/or certifications highly desirable
Outstanding collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-driven matrixed environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and proven experience leading discussions with senior leadership
Disposition towards building relationships and using partnerships to navigate complex organizational challenges
Demonstrated ability to influence others and persuasively move others to action
Experience working with multiple cross functional teams across a matrixed environment

A matrix specialist, this role requires a person who is an expert at building relationships across functions and geographies to align and drive execution.
We are seeking someone with equal parts problem solver and doer, tackling the roles of strategist, operator, influencer and delivery specialist, with an ability to prioritize multiple and competing priorities.
Success will be measured on the ability to assess, impact and influence change and drive adoption.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Influences and manages across all necessary functions, from senior leadership to domain experts, to drive delivery releases that package complete solutions (design, labor model, processes, policies, training, communication plan etc.) in a state geos can easily consume and implement
Work upstream to determine feasibility in context with existing workload in stores
Requires extensive knowledge of the supported business area as well as the area being managed.
Assures adherence to project delivery standards as agreed upon by geos
Reviews and ensures a high level of quality and service are maintained
Initiates, develops and enforces standards and procedures in support of improved capability
May be heavily involved in technical decision-making activities
Manage handoffs and end-to-end integration/execution with Geo Store Operations

As the Delivery Manager, on the Global Implementation team, youll act as a lynchpin across a diverse, multi-functional and cross-geo set of team members and business partners to package and deliver work in a state that Geos can easily consume and implement.
