Customer Service reps are primarily responsible for answering all incoming calls from customers which will mainly be asking if their car is ready or asking about inventory. They will have to look up inventory and customer/client information at the same time so they need to be able to multi-task. Will also be entering in car title information and helping out with various other roles around the office so they need to be adaptable. Cannot be overwhelmed easily. -They will be learning the title process from the ground up. Dress: Jeans every day except Thursday where they will wear khakis or black pants. Hours: M-F, 8-5 Located on the North West side of Nashville. Pay: 14.00 an hour. Potential pay bump to $17 an hour to go into their remarketing position once going on perm.
