Project Manager

KCI Technologies Sparks Full-Time

Duties

Manage a wide array of public and private site/civil projects. Work with existing clients on varying project sizes and types. Manage a team of designers and drafters and work with the local practice leader to develop new work.

Experience

10 years of local Baltimore County and Baltimore City land development experience. Experience managing and executing projects within site development engineering.

Skills

Proposal preparation including scope, schedule and fee. Contract management and billing.
Strong design knowledge in site planning and development, grading, utility design, storm water management, erosion and sediment control.

Degrees / Licenses (R)equired – (P)referred

Professional Engineering License Required.
BS Civil Engineering Required.

Other
