Job Description

Judge Healthcare is actively seeking Customer Service Representatives for a well known healthcare plan in Bedford, NH! 

This job will have the following responsibilities: 
 
  • Answering inbound calls toMember/Provider inquiries regarding eligibility, benefits and claims 
  • Make approximately 40-60 calls per day 
  • Provide assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation 
  • Research and identify any processing inaccuracies in claim payments and route to the appropriate site operations team for claim adjustment 
  • Identify any trends related to incoming or outgoing calls that may provide policy or process improvements to support excellent customer service, quality improvement and call reduction 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  •  Call Center and/or Customer Service Background, with at least years customer service experience 
  • High School Diploma required 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally 
  • Computer skills, experienced with data entry and use of multiple applications simultaneously
  • Ability to type while talking 
  • Excellent customer service/soft skills 
  • Healthcare Knowledge
  • Bilingual a huge plus
