Are you a Plant Controller looking to work in a fun, welcoming, casual environment? The Plant Controller will provide financial leadership to the site and will act as liaison between the facility and the finance team. The Plant Controller will be responsible for maintaining a environment that complies with the Company's internal control policies and external reporting requirements. The Plant Controller will be a key player in the development and execution of the operating plan and in implementation of productivity and process improvements. The Plant Controller is expected to be a dynamic leader on the management team. Basic duties include Budgeting - Forecasting, Inventory, Inventory Analysis, Inventory Management, Inventory Planning Reporting, Cost - Standard. Part of the Plant Controllers responsibilities will also be to ensures that there is an effective efficient system of internal controls consistent with corporate guidelines policies. Make recommendations for improvements to processes, policy duties as needed. Assists in the monthly accounting close, working with the operations, accounting finance team as required. Review plant statements for thoroughness accuracy. Provide analysis of financial performance including variances to plan forecast. Effectively communicate those results to Finance Operations leadership. Develop report on key performance metrics, including productivity measurements. Coordination oversight of quarterly physical inventories audits of sites. Performs evaluation of capital projects coordinates approval process. Provides finance/accounting insight training to the sites as necessary. Maintains strong communication between the plant, finance operations leadership. Performs ad hoc analysis other tasks in support of the business unit as required. Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or relevant discipline required. ? MBA, CMA and / or CPA preferred. ? Minimum of 6 years' experience in a finance function, prior controllership experience and experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred. ? Strong financial acumen accompanied by knowledge of financial accounting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and internal control principles. ? Excellent data analytics skills with ability to summarize and present to an executive audience ? Experience with ERP/MRP systems, HFM/Hyperion/OneStream consolidation tools and data analytics tools preferred. ?
