A leading company in Beloit, WI is looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant!!
Overview: The Applied Health & Nutrition Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for partnering with the CEO and other Executives on the AH&N leadership team on various tasks and projects. Responsibility for calendar management, travel arrangements, special events are just some of the day to day needs of this team. In addition to the traditional Exec Admin duties, this role will support the Fermentation team in a sales coordinator capacity. Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities of this role include: Manage and maintain multiple Executive-s schedules, appointments/calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses and filing. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations (Town Hall, Leadership Meetings etc.) and other documents including those of a confidential nature. Interact with customers and visitors to Kerry to ensure a welcoming and supportive experience. Manage the administrative duties in the office to include ordering of supplies, interactions with internal catering group and support other administrative professionals as needed. Attend various team meetings to assist with agendas, notes and follow up items. Support Food Protection & Fermentation by supporting sales account managers, maintaining and reporting SalesForce.com(SF.com) commercial information, coordination with FP&F Supply Chain, and preparation of Product Commercialization documents. Requirements for this position The successful candidate will be an established marketing manager, comfortable operating in an international corporate yet entrepreneurial environment. High School Diploma or GED and either a minimum of 5 years experience in an executive support role providing support to those at an executive level in the organization. Superior computer skills within Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills; oral and written, including ability to take clear actionable meeting minutes. Experience booking and support travel needs, national and global travel. Problem analysis and solving skills with ability to use initiative. Internal networking skills in order to work through others to accomplish tasks. Ability to keep confidential information. Strong attention to detail. Likes autonomy, is pro-active and results driven.
