We are looking for an HR Coordinator for an approx 5 month contract in downtown Minneapolis. We are looking for someone who is excited to be helping with recruiting with some sourcing, resume reviews and phone screens. Also, you will need to be flexible to help with other projects and initiatives as needed as this is a very collaborative team. You may have the opportunity to assist with recognition, wellness, mentorship programs as well as other programs as needed. Soft Skills ? ? Can and like to work in a really fast paced environment ? Juggle multiple areas at the same time ? Detail oriented, great organization, written and verbal communication and follow-up skills ? Basic knowledge of applicable employment laws and practices ?
