SUMMARY OfficeTeam is seeking candidates for different ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT positions with established companies we are currently working with in and around the Scranton/Wilkes Barre area. Become an integral part of this team with these ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT roles as you will be supporting the office in a team-oriented environment and providing encouragement and positivity with interactions. In this ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT position, you will be the first point of contact in the office and providing administrative support to the team. This ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT will also be playing a vital role in maintaining company files and verifying account information in a timely manner. The ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT will be communicating on behalf of the team and must have skilled communication skills to handle phone, email and web communications. Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS At least 1+ years' experience in Administrative and/or other Office-related roles Capability to adapt quickly to changes and learn new things Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills Strong computers skills including Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
