Our client, a leader in its industry, is seeking a bubbly and personable Receptionist to join their growing team!
The Receptionist will answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and will act as the face of the company! They will also greet incoming visitors and should have a friendly phone voice. Candidates with a positive attitude, comfortable answering phones, working with all levels of leadership, and eager to work in an office environment are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Answering and directing calls
- Greeting visitors
- Scheduling meetings/organizing conference rooms
- Filing and data entry
- Assisting various departments as needed
Qualifications for the Receptionist:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- 1 – 2 years of reception or front desk experience
- Customer service-oriented
- Associate’s degree is preferred
- Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility
